What we collect

When you RSVP, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, party size, costume contest interest, and how you heard about the event.

How we use it

We use your info to manage the guest list and send event details — including the secret location — to the RSVP list before the party. That's it.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. RSVP submissions are processed by Google Forms and delivered to the event organizers. We don't share your info with sponsors or third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep RSVP records to run this event and plan future ones. Ask us to delete yours anytime and we will.

Under 21

This is a 21+ event. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Cookies & analytics

We use the Meta Pixel to measure page views and RSVP completions so we can understand how people find the event. This may set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

Want your RSVP info corrected or deleted? Email info@hauntedlittletokyo.com and we'll take care of it.
